A Celebration of Elaine Stritch' was held earlier this week at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, featuring Bernadette Peters, Nathan Lane, Lena Hall, Hal Prince, Betty Buckley,Christine Ebersole, Laura Benanti, Michael Feinstein and more, all on hand to share songs and stories of the theatre legend's life. Yesterday, BWW told you about the New York cab driver who picked up Tom Hanks and in return received free tickets to the actor's then Broadway show 'Lucky Guy.' Today, the cabbie surprised TODAY's Hoda Kotb, another one of his recent passengers.

Tony-winning director George C. Wolfe directs an All-Star cast in the new movie YOU'RE NOT YOU. The film tells the story of Kate (Hilary Swank), an accomplished woman in her 30s whose perfectly-ordered life is suddenly upended when she is diagnosed with the devastating and incurable disease ALS. Kate and her husband Evan (Josh Duhamel) must find a full time caregiver to help, and so they meet college student Bec (Emmy Rossum), who has impulsively answered their ad despite her complete lack of experience.
