Flat Rock Playhouse continues the 2019 Season with summer blockbuster musical and Broadway classic, South Pacific. Known for its glorious score by Rodgers and Hammerstein, the show transports audiences to the Pacific Islands in World War II as young couples struggle with the dynamics of love, war, and faith. Yet, South Pacific also showcases a vibrant, delightful comedic side found in the business of everyday life: raising children, relationship squabbles, and workplace gossip.

Halloween is just around the corner and the Playhouse is celebrating the season with the opening of a sophisticated, chillingly sinister thriller that will hold audiences spellbound with suspense!

Liberty City Radio Theatre is pleased to announce its special holiday production of "Live from WVL Radio Theatre, It's a Wonderful Life." Willie Repoley's stage adaptation of the classic Frank Capra film is delivered as a 1940's radio broadcast, recreating the old time nostalgia of a time before Netflix and iPhones.

This holiday season, Flat Rock Playhouse will present the classic A Christmas Carol from November 17 through December 17 on the Clyde and Nina Allen Mainstage in the Village of Flat Rock.  Adapted from the Charles Dickens novel for the stage by Richard Helleson, A Christmas Carol features original music and lyrics adapted from traditional sources by David De Berry.  Returning to Flat Rock Playhouse by popular demand since its record-breaking 2014 run, A Christmas Carol is sure to delight, entertain, inspire and enchant. Flat Rock Playhouse and Executive Producer, Pardee Hospital will kick off the holiday season with the Charles Dickens' classic tale, A Christmas Carol on the Clyde and Nina Allen Mainstage beginning tonight, November 20th and running through December 21st.

Flat Rock Playhouse and Executive Producer, Pardee Hospital will kick off the holiday season with the Charles Dickens' classic tale, A Christmas Carol on the Clyde and Nina Allen Mainstage beginning November 20th and running through December 21st. The perennial favorite literally comes to life on the stage in a spectacular new production featuring all the classic elements with a few new twists. It tells the story of bitter old miser Ebenezer Scrooge and his transformation resulting from supernatural visits by Jacob Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future. The industrial setting of 19th century England gives way to a story filled with hope and joy with original songs and amazing puppetry. All the well-known characters retell the magical and uplifting story from "Bah! Humbug!" to "God bless us, everyone!"

Flat Rock Playhouse presents the action-packed adventure play, The Three Musketeers, from November 7 - 24 at the Flat Rock Playhouse Mainstage. The Three Musketeers is written by Ken Ludwig and adapted from the novel by Alexandre Dumas.
