On November 21st, 2022, distinguished artists from across the nation’s entertainment industry will come together at Town Hall for the 22nd annual production of The 24 Hour Plays on Broadway — and the first live return of this flagship event since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Adventure Entertainment continues to acquire extraordinary stories with the award-winning thriller/comedy feature film  “18½” from Dan Mirvish (“Between Us,” “Bernard and Huey” and a Slamdance Film Festival Co-founder), having scored the coveted 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, this indie gem has played in over 20 festivals around the globe.

The 24 Hour Plays have announced additional performers who will be joining the incredible line-up for the 21st Annual The 24 Hour Plays Broadway Gala on Saturday, December 11, 2021. USA Network announced a series pickup for Dare Me from UCP in association with Film 44. Based on the acclaimed novel by Megan Abbott, who serves as writer and executive producer along with Gina Fattore (Dawson's Creek, Gilmore Girls, Californication”), Dare Me is an unflinching exploration of teen angst, jealousy, loyalty, and the dynamics of power in a small Midwestern town. Peter Berg (Friday Night Lights) and Michael Lombardo of Film 44, Sarah Condon and Karen Rosenfelt executive produce. Netflix will co-produce and have first-run rights to the series outside of the U.S.

Barrow Street Theatricals announced today the rotating cast of guest actors through the end of January for the American premiere of the Nassim Soleimanpour and Bush Theatre production of NASSIM by celebrated Iranian playwright Nassim Soleimanpour (White Rabbit Red Rabbit), featuring direction by Omar Elerian. Archstone Distribution has acquired worldwide rights to the new thriller film BEACH HOUSE, which was directed and co-written by Jason Saltiel.  Co-written and produced by Matt Simon, and executive produced by Ben Barenholtz, BEACH HOUSE stars Willa Fitzgerald, Murray Bartlett, Orlagh Cassidy, and Tom Hammond. Andrew van den Houten of 79th & Broadway Entertainment is also executive producing and handling sales. The film is set to be released in theaters nationally on June 22nd.
