CLASSIC WHITNEY: ALIVE! - The hit solo show from Broadway’s Kevin Smith Kirkwood, will make its triumphant post-pandemic return to Joe’s Pub on Thursday, June 23rd at 9:30PM. This special PRIDE EDITION will celebrate New York City Pride week as only Whitney can.

CLASSIC WHITNEY: ALIVE! - The hit solo show from Broadway's KEVIN SMITH KIRKWOOD, will make it's triumphant post-pandemic return to Joe's Pub on Monday, January 24th at 9:30PM.

On Saturday, January 23rd, MassOpera and Opera on Tap Boston will present a special broadcast of MassOpera's 2018 performance of the comedic opera, The Beautiful Bridegroom, by Boston-based composer Dan Shore, originally presented at the Boston Center for the Arts in the South End.

But the director of "A Doll's House," opening April 19 at the Players' Ring in Portsmouth contends Henrik Ibsen's classic play about women's empowerment is as relevant today as it ever was.

As a holiday tradition, Christopher Savage of Exeter and his family sit around the dinner table each year reading aloud from "A Christmas Carol," the iconic tale by Charles Dickens. It is no wonder, then, that when the Player's Ring asked Savage to write an adaptation of this emotional holiday story, he chose to incorporate more language from the 19th Century British author.

Due to popular demand, CLASSIC WHITNEY: ALIVE! 'The Greatest Hits: Volumes 1 & 2' will serve four nights with two different shows and set lists! 'The Greatest Hits: Volume 1' will be performed on Sunday, August 5 and Monday, August 13 with 'The Greatest Hits: Volume 2' on Monday, August 6 and Sunday, August 12.
