The dynamic classical trio Riot with Three Alison Davy, soprano, Javier Oviedo, saxophone, and Gene Rohrer, piano make a triumphant return to Catskill's intimate Bridge Street Theatre on Saturday September 30 at 7:30 pm with an eclectic evening of contemporary and classical chamber works entitled 'The Nature of Music'. In this exquisite and wide-ranging program, which includes works by Handel, Hoiby, Assad, Laitman, Arnold, and Borgia, the ensemble celebrates everything from the grandeur of the great outdoors to sugar addiction with a vibrant combination of unbridled joy and dazzling technical expertise.

The Granite Theatre of Westerly, announces the opening of Stephen Temperley's comedy with music 'Souvenir' the hilarious, true story of Florence Foster Jenkins, the infamous grand dame of the 1930's high society and arguably one of the worst singing voices of all time. It was a very recent highly acclaimed movie that starred Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant. The show opens Friday May 26, 2017 and runs Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm through June 18, 2017. Producer/ Artistic Director for the theatre is David Jepson. Milwaukee Repertory Theater Artistic Director Mark Clements and Managing Director Chad Bauman are pleased to announce the 2017/18 Season with 13 productions in four venues spanning September 2017 - May 2018. With the start of the 2017/18 Season both Artistic Director Mark Clements and Managing Director Chad Bauman will renew their contracts with Milwaukee Rep for an additional four and six years respectively. Artistic Director Mark Clements began his tenure at Milwaukee Rep in 2010 by introducing a musical into the Quadracci Powerhouse season, creating the New Play Development program, and adapting and directing the world premiere production of A Christmas Carol this past December. With this contract renewal through 2021 he will continue his commitment to presenting world class works on all three stages. Managing Director Chad Bauman came to The Rep in 2013 and will continue through 2023 per his contract renewal. In his time here he has implemented a fruitful strategic business model that supports the theater's artistic vision with a focus on quality, inclusion, citizenship, innovation, and stability.
