MTV today revealed the nominations for the 30th annual MTV Video Music Awards airing LIVE from Barclays Center on Sunday, August 25th at 9pm ET/PT.

In anticipation of the verdict of the controversial Trayvon Martin trial, rising 16-year-old R&B songstress Mali Nicole released a cover of Snoop Lion aka Snoop Dogg's moving song 'No Guns Allowed.'
