Robert J. Eagle, Producing Artistic Director of Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston, announces the company's much-anticipated 49th consecutive summer season at the Robinson Theatre (617 Lexington St. Waltham, MA, 02452), to run June-August, 2017.

Ocean State Theatre Company (OSTC), is thrilled to announce the opening of their fifth season in their comfortable stadium-style theatre in Warwick. The company's 2016-17 season begins with theRhode Island Professional Premiere of the ten-time Tony® Award-winning musical, Billy Elliot: The Musical, which opens in previews on September 28.

Producing Artistic Director Spiro Veloudos opens the 2016-2017 Lyric Stage Company season with Stephen Sondheim's ground-breaking concept musical COMPANY. Winner of six Tony Awards in 1971, as well as the 2007 winner for Best Revival of a Musical, don't be surprised to find this modern makeover capturing some hardware when awards season rolls around in Boston next spring. The ensemble is filled with a roster of talent that doesn't quit.

Moonbox Productions, nominated for numerous IRNE and Elliot Norton Awards, is thrilled to announce its theatrical line up for the 2016-2017 season.  In November, Moonbox kicks-off its season with acclaimed playwright, Peter Shaffer's, brilliant Tony Award winning production, Amadeus.  Then in April, Moonbox will go "under the big top" with the dazzling American musical, Barnum, by Mark Bramble, Michael Stewart and Cy Coleman.

THE WILD PARTY is exactly what it says it is, and Moonbox Productions invites you to be a voyeur for the Michael John Lachiusa version of Joseph Moncure March's 1928 risque narrative poem, directed and choreographed by Rachel Bertone. Katie Anne Clark and Todd Yard anchor a crazy-good, talented ensemble and you will be immersed in the Roaring Twenties zeitgeist. It's a wild ride that you won't want to miss.

The Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) today announced the nominees for the 20th Annual IRNE Awards, which honors the best of the previous year's actors, directors, choreographers, designers and companies across the full spectrum of large, mid-size and fringe theater companies.

In October, Moonbox kicks-off its season with its second annual, one night only, company cabaret entitled Decadence, Debauchery and Divas! The season continues in November with a spectacular production of Neil Simon's Barefoot in the Park and wraps up in April with the sexy jazz musical, The Wild Party, by Michael John LaChiusa and George C. Wolfe.

Creative License Productions is proud to present the New York Premiere of Creative License as part of the 19th annual New York International Fringe Festival - FringeNYC. A new Boston-based rock musical with book and lyrics by Kevin Cirone and music by Cirone, Spencer Elliott and Dan Rodriguez, Creative License is a testament to the power of art, family, friendship, and double-malt scotch.

OBERON, the American Repertory Theater's (A.R.T.) second stage and club theater venue on the fringe of Harvard Square, announces all the offerings to be presented at OBERON during October and November, in addition to the previously announced productions, including Visiting Artists, Artists in Residence, and Usual Suspects.

A raucous evening of song and dance will take centerstage on Monday October 20, 2014 (7pm) at Club Oberon in Harvard Square, Cambridge.

Writer/director Kevin Cirone's labor of love is having its world premiere in the subterranean Davis Square Theater in Somerville. Good musical variety and an ensemble of eager, committed actors are among the positive attributes, but character development and storyline need some fine-tuning.
