Rise and shine, BroadwayWorld! It is March 15, 2024 and it's time to catch up on all of the theatrical happenings you may have missed in the last 24 hours.

The full cast, band and creative team have been revealed for director Jillian Keiley’s second season of Irene Sankoff and David Hein’s Come From Away, set to run June 28, 2024 - September 1, 2024, at the Joseph R Smallwood Arts & Culture Centre in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Grand Theatre's run of Clue, directed by Dennis Garnhum, has been extended through to March 31, 2024.

Clue is coming to the Grand Theatre this month. The usual suspects will collide on the Spriet Stage at the Grand Theatre from March 12 to 30.

The sold out run of acclaimed director Jillian Keiley’s new production of Irene Sankoff and David Hein’s Come From Away, officially opens tomorrow night at the Joseph R. Original Broadway cast members Petrina Bromley, who will play Beverley & Others and Astrid Van Wieren who will play Diane & Others. Bromley and Wieren played each other's roles in the original production of the musical.

Come From Away's Astrid Van Wieren, James Seol, Petrina Bromley, Sharon Wheatley, and creators Irene Sankoff and David Hein will join Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley for a Stars in the House Game Night, October 3, at 8pm ET/5pm PT. 

Go inside Come From Away: The Concert Steele Community Centre in Gander and September 19-21 at the Mary Brown's Centre in St. John's, which brought home the musical about the small Canadian town that temporarily doubled in population in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and tells the real-life stories of the people from there, and those who came from away.

COME FROM AWAY will welcome original Broadway cast members Josh Breckenridge, Petrina Bromley and Jenn Colella  back to “The Rock” for the show's final two weeks on Broadway!

A dynamic group of performers from several ‘Come From Away’ companies around the world will assemble for this special presentation. The concerts will welcome home Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, Petrina Bromley (from the original Broadway cast) and Clint Butler and Kate Etienne (from the Toronto cast).

COME FROM AWAY currently features Jenn Colella, Petrina Bromley, De'Lon Grant, Becky Gulsvig, Caesar Samayoa, James Seol, Q. Smith, Sharone Sayegh, Astrid Van Wieren, Emily Walton, Jim Walton, Gene Weygandt, Sharon Wheatley, Paul Whitty, Josh Breckenridge, John Jellison, Tony LePage, Monette McKay, Happy McPartlin and Julie Reiber.

Come From Away on Broadway has been canceled tonight due to the detection of Covid-19 cases within the company.

Come From Away officially becomes the longest running show in the 105-year history of the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre today with its 1,544th Broadway performance, surpassing the original production of JEKYLL & HYDE.

The Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical COME FROM AWAY will welcome original Broadway cast  member Jenn Colella back to “The Rock” as ‘Beverley/Annette & others,’ this summer - a performance that earned her a 2017 Tony  Award nomination and Outer Critics Circle, Drama Desk, Craig Noel, Helen Hayes and Dora Awards, for a strictly limited engagement.

Three cast members from Come From Away will improvise an entire musical in real time with the SHITZPROBE team on March 28th.
