The play stars double Emmy nominee, Mindy Sterling, famous for her role as Frau Farbissina in the 'Austin Powers' films, and Broadway and TV actress, Arnetia Walker, best known for The Wiz, Dreamgirlsand the NBC sitcom 'Nurses'.

On Monday, October 22, The Groundlings will launch a spooky new episode of their hilarious sketch comedy online video series, Groundlings Originals. The Halloween-themed episode titled "Take One" follows mama bear, Tanya Jones, as she does whatever it takes to get her son some candy. The episode was directed by Alex Staggs, written by Kiel Kennedy and Lyric Lewis, and stars Kiel Kennedy, Lyric Lewis, Michael Churven and Patty Guggenheim.

Hamilton's Jasmine Cephas Jones has been cast as a guest star on the second season on "Midnight, Texas" on NBC.

The Groundlings Theatre has announced that Groundlings and SNL alumna, Julia Sweeney's brand new solo show, I, As Well, at The Gary Austin Theatre at The Groundlings School. The show opens on Sunday, September 16th, with six other scheduled performances to follow.

The Los Angeles Premiere engagement of Waitress will play Hollywood Pantages Theatre for a four-week engagement; August 2 - 26, 2018. The show held its opening night on August 3. Check out photos from the red carpet at the big night below!

The Groundlings Theatre and School's second annual Diversity Festival will celebrate and explore diversity and inclusion. The weekend, co-sponsored by NBC and Nickelodeon, will include a full day of performances that will be free and open to the public. Director and playwright Stan Zimmerman has found his quartet of actors for his new comedy Knife to the Heart, co-written with Christian McLaughlin.
