NBC News' TODAY won the ultimate ratings crown across the board during the entire week of the royal wedding, topping ABC's “Good Morning America” in all key measurements: total viewers, A25-54 and A18-49. TODAY has been the number-one morning show in A25-54 for 125 straight weeks and in A18-49 for 145 consecutive weeks, while delivering its biggest advantage over GMA among A25-54 in 12 weeks. Additionally, TODAY delivered its best total viewers margin vs. GMA in 12 weeks, and its highest total viewer average in 10 weeks, and is the only morning broadcast to increase year-over-year and week-over-week.

Today, NBC News announced the world premiere of HOPE & FURY: MLK, THE MOVEMENT AND THE MEDIA, a new documentary film that examines how Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and leaders of the civil rights movement used the power of print and visual media, especially television, to awaken America to the shame and injustice of racial inequality. TODAY Wins Across the Board for the February Sweep

NBC News' TODAY, co-anchored by Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb, wins across the board for February 2018 sweeps, its first in six years since February 2012. This also marks the show's 25th consecutive year at number one for February sweeps for the A18-49 demo, and its largest sweep advantage in A25-54 over ABC's GMA since February 2012. Additionally, TODAY more than doubled its A25-54 advantage vs. GMA compared to the prior November 2017 sweep period, and improved its advantage by 92% compared to the previous year with February 2017 sweeps.
