The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC), the largest multi-arts festival in North America, will present the 12th Anniversary Festival from August 8th - 24th, 2008. Applications are available online at www.fringenyc.org and completed applications are due February 14, 2008.

Ravinia Festival has commissioned award-winning choreographer Bill T. Jones, who most recently won a Tony for his choreography for Spring Awakening, to create a new full-evening work, tentatively titled A Good Man, inspired by Abraham Lincoln and celebrating the slain president's 2009 bicentennial.

The New York Festival of Song (NYFOS) will continue its season with a program titled At Harlem's Height on Wednesday, February 23 at 8:00pm as part of Lincoln Center's American Songbook in the Rose Theatre at Jazz at Lincoln Center. The featured soloists will be soprano Dana Hanchard, tenor Darius de Haas, and baritone James Martin, with Steven Blier at the piano.
