The Off-Broadway return of Howard Ashman and Alan Menken's LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS announces the complete cast for the production opening this fall at the Westside Theatre

The Drama League (Gabriel Stelian-Shanks, Executive Artistic Director) today announced the 2019 Drama League Awards Nominees for Outstanding Production of a Play, Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Production of a Musical, Outstanding Revival of a Musical, and the much-coveted Distinguished Performance Award. Head Over Heels, the new musical comedy featuring the iconic songs of The Go-Go's - the most successful female rock band of all time - will play its final Broadway performance at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street) on Sunday, January 6, 2019. Head Over Heels, which began preview performances on Saturday, June 23 and officially opened on Thursday, July 26, 2018, will have played 188 regular performances and 37 previews.

The cast of GETTIN' THE BAND BACK TOGETHER have had many guests from the Broadway community throughout its run. The producers of Broadway's Gettin' The Band Back Together, announced today that the show will close on Sunday, September 16 following the evening performance. It will have played 30 previews and 40 performances at the Belasco Theatre (111 W 44thStreet). Previews began on July 19 and the show opened on August 13. Producers Sonia Friedman, Shakespeare's Globe and Paula Marie Black have announced that the Shakespeare's Globe production of FARINELLI AND THE KING, starring three-time Tony Award-winner and Academy Award winner Mark Rylance, recouped its capitalization costs on Broadway, officially entering the hit column.

Simon Jones (The Real Thing, Benefactors), will join the cast of the Shakespeare's Globe production of FARINELLI AND THE KING on Tuesday, January 9, playing the role of opera impresario John Rich. Colin Hurley, who was scheduled for a limited run in the role, will play his final performance as John Rich on Sunday, January 7.
