Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre invites you to "get out of the heat and into a seat" to celebrate its 45th season in residence at CCBC Essex.  This summer's series includes "Arsenic and Old Lace," "Forever Plaid," "Sister Act," and "Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike." The Children's Playhouse of Maryland, Inc. (CPM), in residence at CCBC Essex, Elf, Jr. The Musical, the weekends of Dec. 3-4, 10-11, and 17-18 at 1 p.m., with additional shows at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4 and 18, and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10. The Sunday, Dec. 11 show at 1p.m. will be American Sign Language interpreted by students of CCBC Catonsville Interpreter Preparation Certification Program. A special Sensory Friendly performance is set for December 11 at 4:30 p.m. Show tickets are $10 each. Tickets will be sold at the door only as space permits. Call the Box Office for specially priced tickets not available online. Seniors, CCBC Community, and Groups of 8 or more are $8 each. CPM Actorlist Tickets are $5.

The May 15 performance will be sign language interpreted by students of the CCBC Catonsville American Sign Language Certification program. Following on the heels of the opening for its children's production - 'Annie, Jr.' July 11- 20, Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre brings two new offerings to the stage this weekend, July 18 and 19: 'Legally Blonde - The Musical' and 'The Tale of the Allergist's Wife.' Cockpit in Court, in residence at the Community College of Baltimore County, Essex, presents these productions in the College Community Center (formerly the B Building), CCBC Essex, 7201 Rossville Boulevard.
