School is in session. Starring Charlize Theron and Kerry Washington and directed by Paul Feig, The School for Good and Evil debuted atop the English Films List with 78.83M hours viewed. Based on the international best-selling series by Soman Chainani, the epic tale was in the Top 10 in 93 countries.

 Today, GLAAD, the world's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) media advocacy organization, announced participants wearing purple or going purple online for Spirit Day in a united stand against bullying and show of support for LGBTQ youth.

Among the members who signed the statement of support for the CROWN Act are Audra McDonald, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Kerry Washington, and dozens of other performers. In the letter, members assert, “Discrimination based on hair style or texture is a destructive practice that has alienated and caused irreparable harm to Black Americans.”

David Alan Grier has been cast as Cogsworth in ABC's upcoming animated and live-action blended special, “Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration.” Grier will join the previously announced H.E.R. in the role of Belle, Joshua Henry as Gaston, Josh Groban as the Beast, and Rita Moreno as the Narrator.
