BEETLEJUICE, the new Broadway musical comedy presented by Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures (Mark Kaufman) and Langley Park Productions (Kevin McCormick) will open on Broadway at the Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) on Thursday, April 25, 2019. Light In The Attic continues to illuminate the works of soul music “mystery man” Lee Moses on the heels of their recent reissue of his seminal (and only) LP, Time and Place. With How Much Longer Must I Wait? Singles & Rarities 1965-1972, the label presents a collection of material pre-dating 1971's Time and Place, reflecting Moses' initial bid for stardom via a series of now-legendary 45s recorded with Atlanta producer Johnny Brantley. This definitive package collects all of Lee Moses' non-album singles and B-sides, including the Southern soul smash “Bad Girl” (both versions), plus three previously unreleased tracks together in one package for the first time ever.

XANADU Begins Tonight at CT Repertory Theatre

Connecticut Repertory Theatre completes its 2015 Nutmeg Summer Series with the musical comedy Xanadu. Directed by CRT's Artistic Director, Vincent J. Cardinal and choreographed by Cassie Abate, Xanadu tells the story of a muse named Clio who travels to 1980's Venice Beach, California disguised as a mortal to inspire chalk artist and beach boy Sonny Malone. Clio faces the jealousy of her two sisters, Melpomene and Calliope, the wrath of her father Zeus, and the struggles of fitting in as a mortal as she and Danny fight for their dream to open a roller disco with awesome mirror balls. Amandina Altomare stars in the lead role of Clio/Kira. Altomare was previously seen on the CRT stage as Lousie in Gypsy, Judy in A Chorus Line, and earlier this summer in LES MISERABLES: A Musical Celebration directed by Terrence Mann. Connecticut Repertory Theatre has announced the complete cast for Xanadu, the third and final production of the 2015 Nutmeg Summer Series. Directed by CRT's Artistic Director, Vincent J. Cardinal, Xanadu will feature Amandina Altomare in the lead role of Clio/Kira. Altomare was previously seen on the CRT stage as Lousie in Gypsy, Judy in A Chorus Line, and Philia in A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum. She is a proud member of the USO Show Troupe which provides entertainment for veterans and active military all over the world. Terrence Mann, Riley Costello Set for CRT's PETER PAN This Summer

Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT) has announced the complete cast for the musical Peter Pan, its second production of the 2015 Nutmeg Summer Series. Directed by Cassie Abate, Peter Pan will star Riley Costello in the title role. Costello was recently seen as Dunlap Dewberry in Because of Winn Dixie at Arkansas Repertory Theatre and as Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City. Costello's Broadway credits include Bye, Bye Birdie, 13: the musical, and Everyday Rapture. Performances of Peter Pan begin on June 18, 2015 and run through July 3, 2015 at Connecticut Repertory Theatre's Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre.
