CBS today unveiled its 2018-2019 primetime lineup featuring three new comedies, five new dramas and the return of the critically acclaimed MURPHY BROWN. The new series will join 24 returning hits to build on the success of America's Most Watched Network.

ABC's TGIT lineup once again nearly tied a “Big Bang”-led CBS for No. 1 on Thursday in Adults 18-49 (1.3/6 vs. 1.4/6), while defeating NBC by 86% (0.7/3) and Fox by 117% (0.6/2). Boasting strong delayed viewing for its Thursday dramas, ABC is projected to move ahead and win Thursday night, once Live + 7 Day Adult 18-49 ratings become available.

STITCHERS star Kyle Harris has joined the cast of Greg Berlanti's CBS pilot 'God Friended Me,' Entertainment Tonight reports. Harris will appear as a guest in the pilot in the role of Eli James.  'God Friended Me' is a comedy series about an outspoken atheist, played by Brandon Micheal Hall, whose life is turned upside down when God friends him on Facebook. The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle announced the recipients of its 49th annual awards for distinguished achievement in theatre last night, Monday, March 19, 2018, at A Noise Within in Pasadena. Wenzel Jones presided over the festivities, and Christopher Raymond served as music director.

The run will conclude, as a scheduled, on February 11.
