Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced that the annual WTF Gala will be held this year at Tao Downtown in New York City (492 9th Ave, New York, NY 10018) on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 6:30 PM.

The Broadway Stage Management Symposium (BSMS) is back by popular demand for a fourth year of in-depth panels and networking with Broadway's top stage managers.

Art and history, as vividly recalled in both the public oratory and private thoughts of Abraham Lincoln, will come alive at Chesterwood today, Aug. 9 at 5 p.m., with the return of 'Lincoln Speaks,' a program of dramatic readings held in Daniel Chester French's Stockbridge studio alongside the sculptor's six-foot-high plaster model of the seated figure of "Abraham Lincoln" for the Lincoln Memorial, arguably the most famous and compelling Lincoln image in the world. The "Lincoln Speaks" program debuted to a sold-out house at Chesterwood last summer.

Now revived at the Williamstown Theatre Festival under the direction of Tony winner Rebecca Taichman, THE CLEAN HOUSE earned playwright Sarah Ruhl her first recognition as a Pulitzer Prize finalist in 2005. Ruhl's lyrical comedy has been produced at some of the nation's top regional theatres leading THE CLEAN HOUSE to tie as the second most produced play in the 2007-2008 American theatre season.

Today Netflix released the official trailer and key art for HOUSE OF CARDS which will launch its fifth season globally on Netflix, Tuesday, May 30, 2017.

The Old Globe will participate in the National Jewish Theater Foundation - Holocaust Theater International Initiative - Remembrance Readings 2017 in Honor of Elie Wiesel.

Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced additional casting for the 2017 summer season. Two-time Tony Award-nominee Jayne Atkinson and Cote de Pablo will appear in Sarah Ruhl's The Clean House; Tony Award-nominee Micah Stock will appear in Jason Kim's The Model American and Halley Feiffer's Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow; Christopher Livingston, LeRoy McClain and Joniece Abbott-Pratt will perform in Harrison David Rivers' Where Storms are Born; and Rebecca Henderson will perform in Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow Moscow.
