The Orange Tree Theatre today announces that it has appointed Tom Littler as the company's new Artistic Director. Currently Artistic Director and Executive Producer of the West End's Jermyn Street Theatre, Littler will succeed Paul Miller who is stepping down in December 2022 after more than eight years in post.

The Laboratory for Global Performance & Politics (The Lab) will present the return of The Gathering, a 4-day theater festival on Georgetown University's campus.

The Cherry Artists' Collective will present the world première of And What Happens if I Don't, by award-winning Serbian playwright Iva Brdar. An explosively funny, strange and ultimately moving exploration of how 'being good' can shape our lives.

Long Beach Opera announced today that the company is promoting Dr. Derrell Acon to the position of Associate Artistic Director & Chief Impact Officer effective immediately. Dr. Acon has served as the company's Director of Engagement and Equity since 2019, as well as performing the role of Antron McCray in the Pulitzer Prize-winning opera The Central Park Five, and curating and managing the Community Conversations Initiative.

Arlekin Players Theatre presents The Stone, by German playwright Marius von Mayenburg. The play follows the lives of the house's residents, who must grapple with their own identity while experiencing the reverberations created by 60 years of German history. As the house is passed from owner to owner, and generation to generation, the secrets buried in the garden and within the walls reveal themselves.

Artistic Director Tom Littler has announced new regional theatre partnerships for Jermyn Street Theatre, and complete casting for his forthcoming production of Pictures of Dorian Gray.
