DANCE NOW announces the lineup for the 2017 Festival ENCORE! The Boondawgle Estate is a mixture of 1930s style comedy, absurd situations, and the true meaning of family.

An overarching theme unearths what lies beneath every seemingly 'dog vs cat' encounter: the yearning for community. LANDSCAPE reconstructs the 'city of strangers' paradigm through sensuously violent and fluid movement sequences that break through to moments of shocking intimacy.

Deborah Remington's exhibition comprises over thirty works from fifty-six years of Remington's practice in drawing, encompassing the artist's diverse styles: from the more traditional abstract works of the late fifties, to her closely rendered signature shield forms of the sixties and seventies, to a synthesis of six decades in the later works.
