For over a dozen years, the brilliant director/choreographer Austin McCormick and the intriguing troupe of artists he's gathered to create and expand Company XIV have been luring audiences to witness productions that evolve classic tales we've loved as children (The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Snow White) into visits to sensually-charged wonderlands.

Due to popular demand, Company XIV's world premiere production of Queen of Hearts has announced an extension and tickets are now available through August 18th.  The show opened on April 11th and plays at Theatre XIV (383 Troutman Street, Bushwick, Brooklyn).

Two seemingly opposite worlds will collide at the Alpine Theatre Project Garage Valentine's Day weekend when ATP presents OperaLesque, a tantalizing mix of opera, classical burlesque, and aerial circus acts, presented February 14-16 at the ATP Garage, 6464 Hwy 93 in Whitefish.

Every year, Alpine Theatre Project inspires thousands of community members and students by bringing professional singers, actors, and dancers to the Flathead Valley to perform and teach. Over 350 local students find their inner confidence and creativity each year through ATP's after-school and summer theatre education programs. ATP is continuing this work for its 15th season with a full year of professional and educational programs for the community, starting with a free reading of the Olivier-Award winning drama, Death and the Maiden, on January 29 at 7pm and an exclusive mix of opera and tantalizing burlesque on Valentine's Day weekend.

Company XIV, which recently presented their acclaimed sold out engagement of Nutcracker Rouge, announces their next production, the world-premiere of Queen of Hearts which will begin performances on Thursday, March 29th with an opening night set for Thursday, April 11th. Performances are at Theatre XIV (383 Troutman Street, Bushwick, Brooklyn).

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents West End star Zachary Morris (Secret Garden, Spring Awakening, Rocky Horror) and international conductor Ben van Tienen (Funny Girl, West Side Story) making their Feinstein's/54 Below debut with Instructions for Dancing, a night of singing and storytelling. As we count down the last days of 2018, New York City's top theatre critics have been taking stock of the theatre season- deciding on their personal choices for their favorite productions of the year.
