by Greer Firestone
- Mar 25, 2024
What did our critic think of TCandlelight Music Theatre normally plays it safe when scheduling a season. That’s’ why Aisle Say was surprised that “THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD” was part of this year’s season. And more so for the musical was written by Rupert Holmes, whose most prominent claim to fame was his #1 Billboard hit, the romantically funny tune, “The Pina Colada Song”. by Sharon Ellman
- Mar 24, 2024
This reviewer was completely enchanted by the sheer joy of Max Raabe's musical performance on Thursday, March 21st at Carnegie Hall. Time travel may not be possible in reality, but it certainly felt like stepping into the late 1920’s and early 1930’s.

by Ricky Pope
- Mar 9, 2024
Rian Keating's stories are very careful observations of what it means to be kind, strong, nurturing, independent, and free. It is a feminist show from a source you wouldn’t immediately expect. He tells stories about teachers, mentors, and family members that are vivid and empowering. We should all be so lucky to have such women in our lives.
