NYTW Presents THE LITTLE FOXES, 9/10-21

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director William Russo have announced that The Little Foxes, written by Lillian Hellman, and directed by Ivo van Hove, will begin performances Friday, September 10, at 8pm, at NYTW, 79 East 4th Street, between Second Avenue and Bowery. Opening night is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2010, at 7:00pm. The production runs through October 31, 2010.

Tony Award Winner Mary Louise Wilson is set to star alongside Jayne Atkinson, Richard Easton and Michael Gill in THE GUARDSMAN from July 13th through the 31st. The Berkshire Theatre Festival production will be directed by John Rando.

The Berkshire Theatre Festival begin previews tonight for its production of Patrick Meyers's K2, which will run from June 17 to July 3. The production, directed by Wes Grantom, will star Greg Keller (Harold) and Tim McGeever (Taylor). K2 is the story of two mountain climbers, one of whom is injured, attempting to make it out of a life or death situation.

Julie Reiber and Paul Anthony Stewart will be kicking off the 2010 Main Stage season in The Last Five Years. Written and composed by Jason Robert Brown and directed by Anders Cato, this musical tells the story of the relationship of Jamie and Cathy in a unique way: Cathy starts the show at the end of the relationship and moves back through to the start, whereas Jamie begins at the couple's first meeting and moves forward through time. This unique and touching musical features incredible music and an intimate look at two people seeking nothing more than love.

Auditions will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 1-6pm at Manhattan Movement and Arts Center, 248 West 60th Street, NYC. Appointments are required for the audition and dancers must bring headshots and resumes.
