BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway cast twice monthly. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida, Footloose, Dance Captain Dance Attack web series) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. 

What good is sitting alone in your room this week? If you don't already have plans to see a Broadway show, come out to see your favorite Broadway stars in a cabaret act instead. After Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Broadway's Mean Girls and Atlantic Records have released the official music video for 'I'd Rather Be Me' from the award-winning hit musical featuring Barrett Wilbert Weed, who currently performs as Janis Sarkisian in the show.  The video had its exclusive premiere yesterday via Rolling Stone, who called it both 'empowering' and 'uplifting.'  'I'd Rather Be Me' is featured on the 'Mean Girls Original Cast Recording,' out now.  The 'Mean Girls Original Cast Recording,' was produced by Jeff Richmond, Nell Benjamin, Tina Fey, Mary-Mitchell Campbell and Lorne Michaels and co-produced by Pete Ganbarg, Craig Rosen and John Clancy.

Fat Kid Rules The World, (www.FatKidRulesTheMusical.com) a new musical with book and lyrics by Jay Falzone (Cooking With the Calamari Sisters), music and additional lyrics by Matt Gumley (Elf) and additional music by Evan Jay Newman (American Idiot International tour Musical Director), will be performed at invitation-only developmental presentation on Monday, October 29 at 7pm, Tuesday, October 30 at 11am and 3pm and Wednesday, October 31 at 11am at the Royal Family Performing Arts Space (145 W. 46th Street, 3rd Floor). Based on the novel by K.L Going, Fat Kid Rules The World is directed by Marc Eardley (Really Bad Things)and executive produced by Dancing Play Productions.
