BETWEEN STATES by Sean Catt is Released
by Christina Mancuso - Mar 9, 2015

In the opening salvo of a planned series of action packed books, Sean has come at the paranormal world of shapeshifters from a different angle to most writers. Having rejected outright the bone popping, instantaneous, almost magical transformations portrayed in so many books, movies and television series, Sean attempts to bring to the reader something quite different. By making his characters more believable, he hopes to draw the reader deeper into the mysterious, shadowy world of the shapeshifters. So next time you're in the queue at the supermarket checkout, mind the guy standing in front. You never know, he may have sharp teeth... 'They say when you look in dark places you find dark things. And trust me; I have been in some very dark places.' -Jake Palmer Jake Palmer and Billy Thompson meet on a desert highway in Utah. However, their meeting is no mere coincidence. Unbeknown to them, ancient, powerful forces have come together to orchestrate it, and the consequences of the two shapeshifter's initially stormy coming together are going to be more far reaching than either of them could ever imagine. All too soon they are thrown headlong into a series of deadly encounters, and find themselves fighting for their very lives against some extremely dangerous adversaries and pursued by an obsessed father determined to get his son back. After a rollercoaster ride of action and personal drama, the book leaves the reader on a cliff hanger of an ending, leading the way for the sequel to pick up from where Between States leaves off. Between States is available in both print and e-book format. Published through Actual Books Ltd and Rough Image Publishing
