WALMARTOPIA opened Off-Broadway at the Minetta Lane Theatre on Monday, September 3. The new musical features book, music and lyrics by Andrew Rohn and Catherine Capellaro.

Walmartopia, the musical with a mission, presents its irreverent political satire of big business and eternal smiley faces, written by Catherine Capellaro (Book) and Andrew Rohn (Music and Lyrics), opening Labor Day, September 3 at 7PM at The Minette Lane Theatre (18 Minetta Lane).

The first two preview performances of Walmartopia, the up-coming off-Broadway 'musical with a mission,' have been postponed. Performances are now set for Thursday, August 23 at 8PM at the Minetta Lane Theatre.

Walmartopia begins performances August 21st at The Minetta Lane Theatre (18 Minetta Lane), with opening night set, appropriately, for Labor Day 2007 - Monday, September 3rd at 7:00 p.m.

The producers of Walmartopia, 'the musical with a mission,' have announced casting for the upcoming Off-Broadway premiere.

The Broadway Show League celebrated with their End of Season Party and Awards Ceremony on Thursday night, September 1st 2005 at Tony's DiNapoli Times Square, and BroadwayWorld was there.
