Broadway's MAMMA MIA! Sets New Closing Date

Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus' global smash hit musical MAMMA MIA!, inspired by the songs of ABBA, will now end its historic, record-breaking run on Broadway on Saturday, September 12, 2015, following 5,773 performances. (September 5 was the previously-announced closing date.)

54 BELOW?, Broadway's Supper Club, presents A Night with Kent State University on Friday March 27, 2015 at 11:30pm. A Night with Kent State University is a onenight only concert celebrating the alumni of The Kent State Musical Theatre Program?. The concert will feature performances from artists Antoinette Comer (current cast of Mama Mia!) Elizabeth Casper (Rock of Ages, Hair, Grease), Justin Gentry (Saturday Night Fever), Danny Caraballo (Buddy:The Buddy Holly Story), Colleen Longshaw (Kiss Me, Kate), Sarah Roussos (Hairspray) and others, and will include song selections from Broadway, pop, and Disney favorites. The performance will be directed by John Moauro (Hair) and assistant directed by Chris Richards?, with music direction by Vincent Ester?. Andrew Morton ?stage manages.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts welcomes the dynamic cast of Benny Andersson and Bjo?rn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA!, the smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, returning to Segerstrom Hall in Orange County from April 8 to the 13th, 2014. Segerstrom Center for the Arts announces the dynamic cast of Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA!, the smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, returning to Segerstrom Hall in Orange County from April 8 - 13, 2014. The National Tour of MAMMA MIA! is led by Georgia Kate Haege as Donna Sheridan, the independent single mother whose carefree past catches up with her on the eve of her daughter's wedding. Bride-to-be Sophie Sheridan is played by Chelsea Williams; her fiance Sky is played by Chris Stevens.

MAMMA MIA! returns to Philadelphia for a limited engagement beginning Feb. 25 - March 2 at the Academy of Music as part of Broadway Philadelphia, presented by the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and the Shubert Organization. The press opening is Tuesday, February 25 at 7:30 p.m.

Producers have announced casting for the upcoming 2013-14 tour of MAMMA MIA! Leading the cast of 30 of MAMMA MIA! is Georgia Kate Haege as 'Donna Sheridan,' the independent single mother whose carefree past catches up with her on the eve of her daughter's wedding.
