Artistic Director Blake Robison announced the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's 2015-16 season today with an engaging combination of world-premiere comedies, beloved dramas, inspirational and provocative new plays, a sultry musical revue and the return of one of the most popular shows in Playhouse history. The Playhouse's 56th season is Robison's fourth as artistic director.

The cast and creative team of the hit Off-Broadway musical Murder for Two are teaming up with some of New York's brightest up and coming composers and BroadwayWorld.com on select Monday nights for their spring concert series, Murderous Musical Mondays. Featured on Monday, April 21, 2014 will be the Pace New Musicals Writers' Room (curated by Ryan Scott Oliver), immediately following the 7pm performance of Murder for Two at New World Stages (Stage 5 - 340 West 50th Street). Punch Brothers are the New York City-based quintet of mandolinist Chris Thile, guitarist Chris Eldridge, bassist Paul Kowert, banjoist Noam Pikelny and violinist Gabe Witcher. Their new album, Who's Feeling Young Now?, produced and engineered by Jacquire King, contains some of the most exhilaratingly direct, sonically daring performances the group has ever recorded.

The 11th Annual Independent Music Awards have just announced their 2012 nominees and Amy Correia is one of a handful of songwriters to garner three nominations: 'Singer-Songwriter Folk Album' -- Your Go Your Way, 'Love Song' -- Love Changes Everything, and 'Story Song' -- Took Him Away. RVSQ explores West African rhythms, Latin influences and even some Afro Brazilian sounds as they weave their radically diverse backgrounds and sounds into something entirely new and different. On Saturday evening, August 21, Middlebury's Bridge School will celebrate 30 years of pedagogical success, when three of their most prominent alumnae return to perform a benefit concert at Town Hall Theater.

Anais Mitchell, Moira Smiley and her band VOCO, and Abigail Nessen Bengson, will perform a benefit concert in honor of The Bridge School's 30th Anniversary. The concert and reception will be held on Saturday, 8/21 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall Theater, Middlebury.
