Lucasfilm announced today that Donald Glover, an acclaimed actor, award-winning writer, and Grammy-nominated artist, will be playing the part of Lando Calrissian in the still-untitled Han Solo Star Wars film

The awards ceremony, celebrating its 20th anniversary as the official launch of the awards season, will be hosted by actor and comedian James Corden, and will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, on November 6, 2016.

Alec Baldwin, Warren Beatty, Annette Bening, Matthew Broderick, Dabney Coleman, Lily Collins, Ed Harris, Megan Hilty, Oliver Platt and Martin Sheen star in RULES DON'T APPLY.

Alden Ehrenreich will portray Han Solo in Disney's upcoming stand-alone STAR WARS film.

One would think that a movie like HAIL, CAESAR!, written and directed by two of America's favorite filmmakers, starring a veritable who's who of Hollywood heavyweights, and set in one of the most entertaining and romanticized eras in American history would be a sure fire hit. Instead, it was released in the first week of February, one of the slowest movie-going times of the year, eons away from awards-consideration, and is easily the most disappointing movie that I've seen in quite a while.
