There's so much to love at Opera Omaha this month with the opening of Donizetti's The Elixir of Love (L'elisir d'amore) to be performed at the Orpheum Theater on Friday, February 15 at 7:30 pm and Sunday, February 17 at 2:00 pm.

Opera Omaha invites you to expand your Valentine events with the most popular of all of Donizetti's Bel Canto operas. This hilarious rendition takes its scenic cues from "Grease", "Fame" and "American Graffiti", infusing a classic romantic comedy with a modern twist. Hapless and hopelessly in love, Nemorino idolizes the beautiful and popular Adina and spends everything he has to buy a "love potion" from the dubious Dulcamara. Set in an American school for the arts circa late 1980s, director Rosetta Cucchi makes her Opera Omaha debut with this ingenious updated production.

Single tickets for Opera Omaha's 2018/19 Season are priced from $19 to $99. Visit www.TicketOmaha.com for further details or call Ticket Omaha's Box Office at (402) 345-0606.
