Pack your bags, y'all. We're going on a trip! THE WRONG PEOPLE TRAVEL is a new queer cabaret written & performed by Josh Carr & Scottie Roche. After being struck by an NYPD vehicle in 2010, Carr found himself trapped in a Brooklyn hospital, unable to walk and desperate to travel the world. After reconnecting with Roche, his ex-lover, the two began to reconcile their complicated relationship while planning a cruise around the world. Directed by Topher Cusumano with musical direction by Karl Saint Lucy, The Wrong People Travel explores mobility, non-monogamy, and queer love in an evening of comedic storytelling and musical theater standards from legends like Cole Porter, Stephen Sondheim, Ed Kleban, and more. September 6 & 7 Pangea178 2nd Ave, New York, NY7:00PM Ticket: $20 (advanced) / $25 (at the door, cash only). Each ticket comes with a $20 food/drink min.
