2016 Tom Murrin Performance Awardee, Laurie Berg presents an evening length performative take over of Dixon Place. A jewelry show and live performance mash-up, Berg draws from a pastiche of past visual and performative works in what she calls an ‘early career retrospective’ to look towards the future – and it’s terrifying. Members of the NYC performance community model their own commissioned jewelry pieces that Berg has created over the past 10 years. The evening will also feature the unveiling of Berg’s new cockroach-inspired jewelry line available for purchase after the show!
