SPONGEBOB THE MUSICAL - Carrollwood Cultural Center

Carrollwood Cultural Center and show director Andi Garner will hold auditions for The SpongeBob Musical. When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, a most unexpected hero rises up. The power of optimism really can save the world!

IMPORTANT PRODUCTION DATES

Auditions: April 7 and 8 from 6-8 p.m.

Please be prepared to sing 16 bars from a musical. Be prepared to dance, and bring tap shoes. An accompanist will be provided, but you are also welcome to sing with a track you bring. You may also be asked to sing songs from the production during the rehearsal process. Children ages ten and older are welcome to audition. Video submissions are also welcome. Please send videos to
auditions@carrollwoodcenter.org.

Possible Callbacks: April 9 from 6-8 p.m.

Rehearsals: Rehearsals will begin in late May and run Monday through Thursday, 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Rehearsal times during tech week will be later.

Tech Week: TBA

Performance Dates: July 19, 20, 26, 27, August 2 and 3 at 8 p.m. / July 21, 28, and August 4 at 2 p.m.
