Open Call for Singers and Singer/Dancers (Union/Non-Union) will be held Monday, February 18, 2019 at 10am (Females) and 2pm (Males) at Pearl Studios, 500 8th Avenue (btwn 35th and 36th Sts), 3rd Floor, NYC. Plan to stay until 6pm at the latest if called back. Final callbacks will be held the afternoon of Tuesday, February 19.

Seeking:
MALE SINGERS & SINGER/DANCERS: Any ethnicity. Should read late 20s to early 40s. 5’8” or taller. Attractive, relatable performers who can command a stage and tell a story by truly connecting with an audience. Sensational tenors and bari-tenors with strong falsetto. Contemporary sounding voices with the ability to perform pop/rock, musical theatre, and classical material. Strong harmonizing skills a must. Must be comfortable with guest interaction. Must move or dance well.
FEMALE SINGERS & SINGER/DANCERS: Any ethnicity. Should read late 20s to early 40s. 5’4” or taller. Attractive, relatable performers who can command a stage and tell a story by truly connecting with an audience. Sensational belters with strong mix/head. Contemporary sounding voices with the ability to perform pop/rock, musical theatre, and classical material. Strong harmonizing skills a must. Must be comfortable with guest interaction. Must move or dance well.
MALE & FEMALE DANCERS: Strong, versatile dancers with lean, toned physiques and great technique who are comfortable performing a wide range of dance styles from ballet to commercial jazz to theatre. Ballroom/partnering skills a plus. Tumbling and acro skills a plus.
Preparation:
Singers and Singer/Dancers: Please prepare 16 bars of a pop/rock or contemporary musical theatre song showing range and personality. Have a contrasting second piece ready if asked. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist will be provided. Bring headshot and resume stapled together. You may be called back to move later the same day; bring dance clothes/shoes.
Dancers: A brief dance combination will be taught. Wear form-fitting dance attire (women bring heels and flats). Bring headshot and resume stapled together. Dancers are not required to sing. Callbacks will be held the same day.
ALL performers MUST be 18 or over to be contracted.
Azamara Club Cruises: Casting will be ongoing throughout 2019. Rehearsals in NYC. Once-in-a-lifetime itineraries. Pay Rates: Singers and Singer/Dancers - $900-$1,000/week. Dancers: $600-700/week. Travel and lodging provided. Union/Non-union.
Hersheypark Resident Shows: Hershey, PA. Rehearsals start mid to late May. Shows run late May/early June through the end of August. Pay Rate: $535/week. Housing provided. Non-union.
