THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR Comes to Wyo Theater

Your favorite childrens' book characters come to life on the WYO Stage Thursday, February 21 at 6pm with the critically acclaimed production of The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show created by Jonathan Rockefeller. The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show features a menagerie of 75 lovable puppets and faithfully adapts four stories by author/illustrator Eric Carle: Brown Bear, Brown Bear, 10 Little Rubber Ducks, The Very Lonely Firefly and of course, the star of the show - The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar has delighted generations of readers since it was first published in 1969 selling more than 43 million copies worldwide. Brown Bear, Brown Bear - now celebrating 50 years - has sold more than 16 million copies.

Eric's well-known books captivated readers with his iconic colorful hand-painted tissue paper collage illustrations and distinctively simple stories, introducing generations of children to a bigger, brighter world - and to their first experience of reading itself.

The timeless classic makes its way off the page and onto the WYO stage February 21!
