Over the course of the twentieth century, the Palazzo Venier dei Leoni became home of three remarkable women, who used this illustrious local to redefine themselves and change the times in which they lived. Luisa Casati, Doris Castlerosse, and Peggy Guggenheim: Three fascinating woman, one magical palace and the amazing histories they created there.
Through staged readings, this program develops new plays by highly acclaimed playwrights under the guidance of producer Jan McArt. Jan McArt's New Play Reading series is presented in memory of our beloved associate producer Tony Finstrom.
