DIY Theatre Co. Celebrates Marginalized Voices With TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Pizza Chapel Theatre Company presents To Whom It May Concern February 22, 23, 28, and March 1-2. Cocktail hour begins at 7:00 pm.Curtain at 8:00 pm.

Pizza Chapel Theatre Company is excited to present their first original production with To Whom It May Concern. Developed under the leadership of Pizza Chapel's co-founder, Samantha Alarcon, TWIMC explores life from female and non-binary perspectives. Through a series of scenes, poems and monologues, TWIMC aims at intersectionality. By viewing social issues with a lens of humor and proactivity, storytelling moves beyond victimization and into the celebration of what we can do. Join Pizza Chapel for the second production of their 2018 - 2019 season. You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll want to call your mom. Note: This production deals with mature themes and will not be suitable for all audiences.

"As a collective, it's important to Pizza Chapel that we use our platform to amplify voices traditionally muted from conversations. To Whom It May Concern has proven to be a powerful vehicle for a social discussion that allows for honesty but leaves behind the holier-than-thou attitude." Lindsey Hertel, Artistic Director.

Ever the lover of eclectic staging practices, Pizza Chapel is excited to partner with Acme Creation Lab for the run of this production. Seating is limited in this warehouse venue and can be reserved on a Pay-What-You-Want basis. Ticketing and general information can be found at at https://ToWhomItMayConcern.bpt.me

"We are grateful for the opportunity to create. Because we value accessibility, we offer Pay-What-You-Want ticketing. Affordability is an invaluable mechanism in the democratization of the arts." Lindsey Hertel, Artistic Director.
