A modern romantic comedy about a marriage and a talking dog. Greg brings home a stray dog (Sylvia) he found in the park who becomes a major bone of contention between husband and wife. Sylvia offers Greg an escape from the frustrations of his job and the unknowns of middle age. To Greg’s wife Kate, Sylvia becomes a rival for his affection and the marriage is put in serious jeopardy.
