I just saw Miss Saigon at Boston opera house. Now that I've seen her...was not in it...that Maybe song was...I haven't been around the block for awhile so I didnt know they changed it..I really was disappointed...it's like Kim was the strong one and it made Ellen the sweet one...like total reversal....I feel ripped off...that is my favourite song because of how important it is to Ellens character....was not impressed by this tour at all. Also the tempo in all the ballads were way to fast....it seemed very rushed and not heartfelt at all..I usually feel every song and get goosebumps...the tempos were so fast I did t have a chance to even a chance to register the notes...obviously it was a good show but being in theater my whole life and having seen it a few times..this was my least favorite and I feel robbed not having Now that I've seen her. Sorry had to vent. I wish I could send this to the writers and producer...lol I am that upset haha

You can write to them, and share your opinion online I imagine. Tours are generally weaker than on Broadway or in London. If you want to hear that song, and have BroadwayHD, watch the 2014 version in London, it's gorgeous.  I think it's so interesting they sped up the tempo, while the Hamilton tour has slooooowed down all the rapping so people non-New Yorkers can "understand it".  Honestly, people who saw the tour in several cities felt like were dumbing it down for them, which the majority of people do not need and was very noticeable.

However, Now that I've Seen Her is not part of the production filmed in London either. If memory serves, the firs time I heard Maybe was on a German recording a few years back. One of the official changes is that they ditched Now That I've Seen Her and replaced it with Maybe. It was always part of the new production both in London, Broadway and now on tour.

And, as for Hamilton, I saw the tour last year in DC at the Kennedy Center. And, I didn't think the rapping was slowed down at all.
