I hope it will have some other musicals from the Fox library on it,Like the rest of the Rogers and Hammerstein Musicals, Love me Tender,and Greatest showman

I wonder with Disney plus if they would be more willing to film their stage shows. They’ll obviously have Newsies on there. The Mary Poppins West End Revival will let them film that, Aladdin and Lion King are still running and they can film those whenever.

I watched the Disney+ presentation. The Sound of Music was one of the few Fox catalogue titles to be featured prominently both by the speakers at the presentation, as well as within the app prototype itself. It’s good to know Disney is aware of the jewel it now possesses.

I think slowly but surely more of Fox’s catalogue will appear on Disney+, certainly the rest of their Rodgers and Hammerstein films shouldn’t be too far behind.

What's Holly Dolly?


A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
