The Catherine O'Hara/Eugene Levy comedy on Pop! gives a reference to BWW this week b/c she is casting a local production of Cabaret. This show started out as a comedy where all four leads are pains-in-the-a and has evolved into a nice comedy. The son is gay and getting married to his boyfriend this season. The daughter is a spoiled princess. O'Hara is a former soap opera star, and the family lost all their money in video-VCR-Blockbuster type stores, leading them all to Schitt's Creek. Lots of cute guys too, good character cast...Chris Elliott, Dustin Milligan...

It's also on Netflix (first 5 seasons).

David is pansexual, not gay. He has been with women on the show, and have discussed several relationships with women in his past.

The first four season are on Netflix, not five.

Patrick and David don't even live together, aren't engaged, and have never even talked marriage.

Gurl...he is the gayest man on earth.

He had 'girlfriends' BEFORE he came out as a ghey.

Nope. If you ever saw that show (which you never have obviously), David explains his sexuality.  Thanks though. Bye!

THANK you. He even explains it to Stevie in Episode 10 of the first season. Spoilers box below cause obviously no one except lupita and I watch the show LOL

after he sleeps with Stevie, they are both confused cause she thought he was gay. Stevie says she was confused cause she "only drinks red wine" and assumed David "liked red wine too." To which he adds

"I see where you’re going with this wine thing... Um, I *do* drink red wine. But I *also* drink white wine. And I’ve been known to sample the occasional rose. And a couple summers back I tried a merlot that used to be a chard0nnay, which got a bit complicated."

and Stevie asks if he likes ALL wines and he says "yes I like the wine and not the label"

Look's like you can't see the forest for the trees, sometimes...David is getting married.

Schitt's Creek really has done a good job with the character development on the show. (yes Patrick just proposed to David and he said Yes) Alexis and Ted are getting along much more "sprightly". Stevie has really turned out to be the real brains behind everyone...she's a blast.

I hope they get some Emmy noms this year. Catherine O'Hara is still such a howl!

Sounds like LuPita2 and getupngo need to make sure they’ve done their reading before attempting to participate in class. It is common knowledge that Netflix is a season behind Pop in regard to airing to this show.

Next time? Don’t be so snide.

The season 5 finale aired on CBC last night. We saw 2 numbers from Moira's community theatre production of Cabaret - "Wilcommen" and "Maybe This Time". The playbill is here (though on tv it wasn't a Playbill, it was called something else).

Thanks east side story; I'm looking forward to the "Cabaret" too. The CBC and/or POP decided to wait until tonight so as to not compete with Fosse. The first episode of that really blows your impression of Fosse and Verdon, especially when you can appreciate the truth.

maybe don't be a dumb a$$ and read the date/time stamps on the comments. lupita and I were talking about the most current season of which only 5 episodes had aired at the time of the comments. David and Patrick got engaged in episode 13. so lupita and I were right art the time. the OP was just guessing as to what would happen in the season.

next time? don't be such a nasty b!tch.
