SNL Standby line?

Hey all! I was wondering if anyone here has ever done the SNL standby line. What time did you show up? When do they hand out tickets? How many people get in? I know a lot of these questions may vary depending on the host or musical guest, but Id likely be going in early March before the nice spring weather hits us. If anyone has any advice or experience, please let me know!
