The Stable Orchestra and Choir of the Colón Theater will give a free concert in Mar del Plata

On Saturday, December 29, the Stable Orchestra and Choir of the Teatro Colón of Buenos Aires will hold a free concert at 8:00 pm at San Martín Park, Playa Grande.

The presentation that the Orchestra and the Stable Choir of the Colon Theater of Buenos Aires will perform with the musical direction of Enrique Arturo Diemecke, will be an artistic and cultural event that Marplatenses and tourists will be able to enjoy in the San Martín Park, a unique setting meters from the sea.

The Stable Orchestra is one of the oldest symphonic groupings in Argentina. It has been directed by the most outstanding masters of the 20th century. It is the backbone of the lyrical seasons of the Teatro Colón and accompanies the presentations of the Stable Ballet (alternating with the Philharmonic of Buenos Aires) as well as performing symphonic concerts with notable soloists and symphonic choirs with the Stable Choir.

The Stable Choir of the Teatro Colón, currently directed by Miguel Martínez, plays an important role in the theater seasons and participates in symphonic-vocal concerts. It is integrated by a plant of more than 100 singers.
