The Washington Pavilion is proud to bring a concert to the Mary M. Sommervold Hall celebrating the music of prolific songwriter, Neil Diamond.

The show titled I Am, He Said - A Celebration of Neil Diamond will take place on February 14, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. The concert features Matt, Jeff and Tommy Vee (nephew and sons of the legendary Bobby Vee), for a celebration of the music icon.

Matt Vee's "I Am, He Said" production has seen tens of thousands of fans nationwide. The performance features songs like "Cracklin' Rosie," "Song Sung Blue" and "Sweet Caroline."

Neil Diamond has sold over 100 million records worldwide and produced musical hits spanning five decades. A prolific songwriter in the mid-1960s, he penned songs recorded by everyone from Elvis Presley to Deep Purple and of course, the Monkee's classic, "I'm A Believer."

In addition to the show, the Washington Pavilion will be offering pre-show dining at Leonardo's Cafe. Dinner options include "Red Red Wine" Braised Beef Short Ribs topped with Caramelized Onion Demi Glaze and Gorgonzola Cheese, "Sweet Caroline" Chicken Marsala, a made-to-order pasta bar along with side dishes and "Cherry Cherry" Chocolate Jubilee for dessert.
