The Dakota Academy of Performing Arts (DAPA) at the Washington Pavilion is excited to present three performances of GREASE July 27-28, 2018 in the Edith Mortenson Center at Augustana University.

Local youth will deliver Rydell High's senior class of 1959 including head "greaser" Danny Zuko, good girl Sandy Dumbrowski, the Pink Ladies and more. Come enjoy the look and sound of the 1950s in this rollicking musical.

?This community youth production features 27 local young people ranging in ages 14-18 who have auditioned and will spend two weeks learning from Augustana theatre professors and students on the Augustana stage.

DAPA Production Coordinator Debbi Jones adds "These actors are incredibly talented, driven and a blast to see perform. This is a show you will not want to miss!"

GREASE is presented by special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, INC and book, music and lyrics by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey.

GREASE is part of the DAPA summer season line-up of four productions including TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA, MARY POPPINS JR, and THE MOST EPIC BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER.
