The Broadway at Birdland concert series was proud to present Aladdin star Telly Leung in a new concert, "Sing Happy," on Monday, November 11.

Last night, Aladdin celebrated its second birthday on London's West End. The show was celebrated with a celebrity gala that included guests such as Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall, Marcus Collins, Amelia Lily, Ore Oduba, Ryan Molloy, Killian Murphy, Made in Chelsea's Ryan Libbey, and London Hughes.

Disney's Aladdin just welcomed Arielle Jacobs as Jasmine on Broadway. Jacobs originated the role in the Australian production in 2016 and is the sister of original Broadway star Adam Jacobs, currently leading the North American tour in the title role. Her previous Broadway credits include Wicked and In the Heights. Check out photos from her first official bows below!

Ahead of its first anniversary at the Prince Edward Theatre, Disney's Aladdin has released behind-the-scenes photography of the new company in rehearsals. Having opened to critical acclaim in London's West End in June 2016, the hit musical based on the classic Academy Award®-winning animated film will celebrate its first birthday in the West End on 15 June 2017.

Aladdin panto stars Joe McElderry and Lucy Kay enjoyed some free time meeting the animals at Dudley Zoological Gardens (DZG). The musical pair who are currently appearing in ALADDIN had a fun morning touring the zoo site and feeding some of the animals alongside dancer Katrina Ridley, before they headed back for the matinee performance.

The Lyric's annual panto returns when Aladdin flies into Hammersmith on his magic carpet for some festive fun in true Lyric style. Fresh for 2016, the show will be full of colourful characters, live music, lots of laughs and of course the magical Genie.

The Acting Company honored legendary theatrical director Mark Lamos and distinguished patron of the arts J. Barclay Collins at its annual gala Monday, October 17, at New York's Metropolitan Club, One East 60th St. The event featured cocktails, silent auction, dinner, entertainment and award ceremony. On Tuesday 18 October, Wolverhampton Grand Theatre launched its biggest pantomime to date, ALADDIN, which opens in seven weeks' time on Saturday 10 December.

On Monday, April 4, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts drew back the curtains to present the third annual Disney Musicals in Schools Student Share Celebration inside Reynolds Hall. Hosted by Las Vegas headliner and former Disney Broadway star Josh Strickland, the event featured performances inspired by four Disney classics-The Lion King, Aladdin, The Jungle Book and Winnie the Pooh-that were presented by six elementary schools from the Las Vegas Valley. TUCK EVERLASTING is brought to life in a sweeping production which features a book by Tony Award® nominee Claudia Shear (Dirty Blonde) and award-winning author Tim Federle (Better Nate Than Ever), music by Chris Miller(The Burnt Part Boys), lyrics by Nathan Tysen (The Burnt Part Boys), and direction and choreography by Tony Award® winner Casey Nicholaw (Something Rotten!, Aladdin, The Book of Mormon).
