Chiaroscuro by Jackie Kay, Director Lynette Linton's first production as Artistic Director of the Bush Theatre will preview from 31 August with a press night at 7pm on 6 September. The cast is Shiloh Coke (Misty at the Bush Theatre and Trafalgar Studios, Emila at The Globe Theatre), Preeya Kalidas (Eastenders, BBC Asian Radio, Bend It Like Beckham), singer-songwriter Anoushka Lucas(Jesus Christ Superstar at Regents Park Open Air Theatre and whose debut album Dark Soul was recently released) and Gloria Onitiri (whose recent productions include Napoli, Brooklyn, on national tour and Hadestown at the National Theatre).

Following triumphant performances of Pericles at the National Theatre in summer 2018, the next Public Acts production of As You Like It is currently in rehearsals and will play from 24 – 27 August. Queen's Theatre Hornchurch's Artistic Director, Douglas Rintoul will direct this musical adaptation of the William Shakespeare classic.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) presents What the Constitution Means to Me by two-time Obie Award winner Heidi Schreck (Grand Concourse, 'I Love Dick') and directed by Obie Award winner Oliver Butler (The Amateurs, The Light Years). Originally scheduled to play its final performance on October 21, 2018, What the Constitution Means to Me will now play additional performances through Sunday, October 28, 2018. What the Constitution Means to Me began previews on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, and just opened on September 30 at New York Theatre Workshop (79 E. 4th Street New York, NY 10003).

The musical, which opens tonight, December 11th, at downtown hotspot (le) Poisson Rouge (158 Bleecker Street), will now play through Monday, February 19, 2018.
