Chicago is in currently at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit. The razzle dazzle of the late 1920s is captivating audiences telling the story of Roxie Hart, housewife and nightclub dancer, who maliciously murders her on-the-side lover after he threatens to walk out on her. Desperate to avoid conviction, she tricks the public, the media, and her rival cellmate, Velma Kelly, by hiring Chicago's slickest criminal lawyer, Billy Flynn, to transform her malicious crime into a barrage of sensational headlines. And Detroit, there's an extra special surprise in store for us - Youtube sensation and Broadway star, Todrick Hall is reprising the role of Billy Flynn here in Detroit for one week only! BroadwayWorld Detroit had a chance to speak with Todrick Hall about stepping back into the world of Chicago, what he loves about theatre, and what's next for him. The Touring company CHICAGO will welcome NFL Legend and Heisman Trophy winner Eddie George to the role of "Billy Flynn."

The Washington Pavilion was filled with razzle and dazzle Tuesday night as CHICAGO made its latest tour stop in Sioux Falls as part of its 20th anniversary tour.

Monday night's performance of Chicago the Musical began with a promise of murder, greed, corruption, violence, exploitation, adultery, and a little treachery, a promise it delivered upon in spades. The musical's national tour stopped at Thalia Mara Hall in Jackson, Mississippi as a part of the Broadway in Jackson series presented by Trustmark. The tour itself is presented by Barry & Fran Weissler.

Marshall Artist Series will be presenting Broadway's Record-Breaking, Six Time Tony Award Winning Musical Smash Hit Chicago on Monday, February 12th, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. at the historic Keith Albee Performing Arts Center!
