Millennial messiah, Brigham Mosley, is regressing.  The world is a Sisyphus-ian nightmare and this drag queen just wants to braid your hair.  Can refuge from the present only be found in the past?  In the tradition of Taylor Mac, Dallas performance artist Brigham Mosley brings drag and drama to Stage West as a special one-night event on Wednesday, June 13 in conjunction with the theatre's production of Hir.

This makes him no stranger to the legendary Music/Dance/Theatre program that has been responsible for a number of our favorite stars including, but not limited to Oyoyo Joy Bonner (Book of Mormon), Delaney Westfall (Sweeney Todd), Megan Masako Haley (Wicked), Michael Milkanin (Kinky Boots), and Brian Russell Carey (Red Roses Green Gold). Production Begins on Disney's THE ONE AND ONLY IVAN Starring Bryan Cranston, Ramon Rodriguez, & Arianna Greenblatt

Production has commenced at Pinewood Studios outside London on “The One and Only Ivan,” a live-action/CG hybrid adaptation of the children's book by Katherine Applegate directed by Thea Sharrock (“Me before You”). The screenplay is by two-time Independent Spirit Award winner Mike White (“Pitch Perfect 3,” “The School of Rock”) based on Applegate's award-winning book and the producers are Oscar® and three-time Golden Globe® winner Angelina Jolie (“First They Killed My Father,” “Maleficent”), the late Allison Shearmur (“Solo: A Star Wars Story,” “Cinderella”) and Brigham Taylor (“Christopher Robin,” “The Jungle Book”).

Hopesfall Announce Upcoming New York Summer Shows

 Melodic hardcore legends Hopesfall have announced that they will be playing two special shows this July around the release of their new record, Arbiter. The band will take the stage for the first time since 2011 for Kerrang Presents on July 14th at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn, and on July 21st at Neighborhood Theatre in Charlotte. Currently, Lucas is mostly staying at his home in Atlantic City recovering from severe complications he received from open heart surgery in January 2016. He suffered extensive injuries to his hands and feet, spent a total of 4 1/2 months in the cardiac ICU at Brigham and Women's hospital & various rehabs and has been unable to return work. He is anxiously waiting to work with new hand and finger prosthetics while continuing to get stronger every day...all this while keeping an amazingly positive attitude and having his wife Rebecca by his side.

Rolanda Brigham a native Texan has worked extensively with arts education for the last 30 years in Chicago and Dallas. She is a retired actress who has performed in national commercials, voice overs, industrials, regional theatre as well as Broadway. A graduate of The College of Santa Fe with Masters work at The University of Kansas, Rolanda is the product of an innovative arts based curriculum from Arts Magnet High School at Booker T Washington in Dallas Texas. Rolanda has worked developing and implementing arts based curriculum in Chicago with Gallery 37, Truman Middle College High School, The Chicago Theatre Company, Pegasus Players, Cornell Interventions, Beacon Street Gallery/Youthnet and Master Artist Program, Urban Gateways, Catholic Charities, Sullivan House Group Home, Chicago's Juvenile Justice Systems' Healy and Smart Programs, LEAP (Lakeview Educational Arts Program) and with numerous high schools and elementary schools through the Chicago area.
