What began as a small, grassroots concert performed at The Center in 2006 quickly grew into a highly anticipated event presented in Broadway's best theatres. Monday night marks the return of Broadway Backwards- Broadway's annual gender-swapped celebration of love and the LGBT community. In its 12 editions, Broadway Backwards has raised more than $3.4 million for Broadway Cares and The Center.

One of Broadway's most anticipated events, MCC Theater's annual Miscast gala, was held Monday night, March 26. Robbie Fairchild took on 'The Music and the Mirror' from A Chorus Line. Check out the video below!

Tickets have sold out to next month's Broadway Backwards, Broadway's annual gender-swapped celebration of love and the LGBT community, as more stars of stage and screen join the already distinguished lineup of performers.

The Dramatists Guild Foundation (DGF) will toast the life and work of one of American theatre's greatest writers, Stephen Schwartz, on Monday April 23rd at 7PM EST at the Hudson Theatre (141 W 44th St, New York, NY 10036). The star-filled concert, sponsored in part by the Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) and the Hudson Theatre, will showcase and shine a spotlight on Schwartz's beloved songs, stories, and legacy in celebration of his 70th Birthday.

Legendary Tony Award winners, a three-time Emmy Award nominee, an Oscar winner and an iconic Disney princess are among the stage and screen stars coming together for Broadway Backwards, the theatre community's annual gender-bending celebration of love and the LGBT community.

The new Broadway production of Once On This Island officially opens tonight, December 3rd, at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 W. 50th street, NYC), and is directed by Tony nominee Michael Arden, and choreographed by the critically-acclaimed Camille A. Broadway Dreams has partnered with the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center and Central Piedmont Community College on the return of their annual Summer Intensive, July 29 - August 5, 2017 in Charlotte, N.C. Lead by an all-star roster of Broadway's brightest stars and industry professionals, Charlotte's rising stars will participate in a week-long intensive focusing on acting, vocal performance and dance. The week will culminate in two public performances of a unique Broadwaystyle cabaret, allowing students to perform alongside their Broadway idols.

Taking place at 9:30pm on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at New York's famed The Cutting Room, a group of Broadway performers and musical theatre artists will join forces to raise money for those affected by the attack at the Ariana Grande concert on May 21 in Manchester, England. Entitled 'Total Request Live: Break Free (a night for Manchester)' this special event will feature the work of Ariana Grande, as rearranged by the creative team and artists, and will benefit the We Love Manchester United Fund.

Broadway Dreams Foundation alumni Sidney DuPont (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), Rachael Washington, and current student Dylan Christopher Gibson join the previously announced cast of Broadway faculty, alumni, and students for the June 12th Concert at Green Room 42.

In 2017, the talent performing at Bucks County's RRazz Room New Hope at The Clarion Hotel & Suites is a diverse mix of world class artists and area favorites. The RRazz Room proudly opens it season with the up and coming, rising star of Television's Glee, ALEX NEWELL.

The third edition of CONCERT FOR AMERICA took place on Monday, March 20 at 8pm at the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University in Chicago.

CONCERT FOR AMERICA: STAND UP, SING OUT!  is proud to announce that Torrey Devitto (Chicago Med), Colin Donnell (Chicago Med), Yuri Sardarov (Chicago Fire), Alex Newell (Glee), Christine Pedi (Spamilton, Forbidden Broadway), and Chicago Children's Choir will join the previously announced cast of performers and presenters.

Just last night, producers Morgan James, Richard Amelius and Torya Beard presented a female-centered concert of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, directed by Richard Amelius (Time Between Us, Empty City), with musical direction by Julie McBride (Amazing Grace, Finding Neverland). 

Producers Morgan James, Richard Amelius and Torya Beard have announced the full cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR in concert.

Morgan James, Richard Amelius and Torya Beard present Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR in concert, featuring Broadway veterans and powerhouse vocalists, Morgan James (Motown: The Musical, Godspell, The Addams Family) and Shoshana Bean (Hairspray, Wicked) and Big Beat Records recording artist Alex Newell (Glee). The one- night-only female-centered concert of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's rock opera will be directed by Richard Amelius (Time Between Us, Empty City), with musical direction by Julie McBride (Amazing Grace, Finding Neverland). A cast of 13 singers will perform the complete score, accompanied by an all-female band. Full cast to be announced.

The Broadway Loves series made its eagerly-anticipated return to Feinstein's/54 Below this month with Broadway Loves Britney, a sleek evening of song and dance paying tribute to the princess of pop, Grammy award-winner Britney Spears.
