Midnight Tango has enthralled audiences on a record-breaking UK tour and now, Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace, stars of BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing bring their breath-taking live show into London’s West End.



Former World Champions, Vincent and Flavia are joined by ten of the finest tango dancers in the world, plus an internationally renowned tango band. Produced by the UK’s acclaimed choreographer and So You Think You Can Dance judge, Arlene Phillips, this sensational production fuses dazzling choreography with intoxicating Tango rhythms.

Columbia University School of the Arts Celebration of Graduates To Be Held in Miller Theatre, 5/16

Columbia University School of the Arts will hold its Celebration of Graduates at 2:00pm on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, in Miller Theatre on the Morningside Campus. Graduates of the School's Master of Fine Arts programs in Film, Theatre Arts, Visual Arts and Writing, and the Master of Arts in Film Studies will be recognized by Carol Becker, Dean of Faculty, program chairs Ira Deutchman, Arnold Aronson and Gregory Amenoff, and poetry concentration director Lucie Brock-Broido.

Southwark Playhouse Brings MACK AND MABEL Revival to London, July 5-Aug 25

The creative team behind last summer's sold-out, acclaimed Southwark Playhouse musical, Parade - long-listed for The Ned Sherrin Award for Best Musical in the 2011 Evening Standard Awards - are returning to the venue for a major revival of the Jerry Herman/Michael Stewart Hollywood musical, Mack and Mabel. The show runs July 5 - August 25.

Matilda the Musical, produced by the RSC and running at the Cambridge Theatre, leads the way with ten nominations - the maximum number of eligible awards for a musical this year. These notably include a collective nomination for Best Actress for all four young actresses who play the title role. Amongst other musical theatre productions Ghost The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre and the National Theatre's London Road have five and four nominations respectively.

MIDNIGHT TANGO is the creation of Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace, stars of the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. The show has been touring the United Kingdom since April and has been the fastest selling show of the year in many of the venues. Producers of the show, Arlene Phillips and Adam Spiegel, are delighted to announce that MIDNIGHT TANGO will now be seen in the West End at the Aldwych Theatre for a strictly limited season, opening on 20 January 2012. The season must end on 31 March.
